To request a survey to check whether your property is HMO compliant, and have a detailed report provided, please complete the form below.

Once requested our team shall be in touch to organise a day and time to visit, to collect keys and inspect the property. If tenants are in situ – access will be required to every room in the property (if rooms cannot be access, a second visit will be required and charged).
